Minutes away from The Dubai Mall, renowned Jumeirah Beach, and with convenient access to all of Dubai’s world-leading tourist attractions. The Holiday Inn & Staybridge Suites Dubai Business Bay will include 275 hotel rooms as well as 120 one- and two-bedroom apartments, with convenient F&B offerings & meeting and events facilities.YOUR DAY TO DAYPrepares all mise-en-place for day-to-day operations.Maintains a healthy and hygienic work area.Communicates politely and displays courtesy to guests and internal customers.Supports the team with mise-en-place and storage pickups.Communicates any difficulties, guest or internal customer comments, and other relevant information to his/her superior.Establishes and maintains effective employee working relationships.Attends and participates in daily briefings and other scheduled meetings.Attends and participates in scheduled training sessions.Prepares in advance the food, beverage, materials, and equipment needed for service.Cleans and resets his/her working area.Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.WHAT WE NEED FROM YOUCulinary School qualification.Experience working in a restaurant or a 4/5* hotel environment.Committed to serving food of the highest quality.WHAT WE OFFERWe'll reward all your hard work with a competitive salary and benefits.Join us and you’ll become part of the global IHG family – and like all families, all our individual team members share some winning characteristics.
