Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to oversee the planning, management, and execution of audit engagements within the government and nonprofit sectors. The successful candidate will support the development of strategic and operational plans for the Industry Department. Key Responsibilities Assist in developing and monitoring the effectiveness of Operations, Compliance, and Performance Audit strategies aligned with the department's long-term objectives. Conduct advanced evidence-based audits using relevant methodologies to derive insights and support senior management decision-making. Prepare audit plans based on approved methodologies. Execute audit activities, including segment understanding, risk identification, sampling, and audit program preparation, in accordance with audit standards. Write and submit comprehensive audit reports. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or accounting (Master's preferred). Certifications: CIA and CPA preferred; systems auditing certifications are advantageous. Experience: 7-10 years of relevant auditing experience.
