1 month ago Be among the first 25 applicants Plan and supervise the end-to-end design and construction process for new ANTA retail stores in UAE, from initial design layout through to store opening.Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., ANTA’s global store design/VM team, operations managers) and external partners (architects, contractors, mall management) to implement store designs according to brand guidelines and local specifications.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for each store construction project, ensuring all milestones are met on schedule and within budget.Oversee on-site construction activities, conducting regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Proactively identify and resolve any design, construction, or installation issues that arise, working with contractors and vendors to implement effective solutions in a timely manner.Ensure all required permits, approvals, and inspections are obtained and passed, adhering to UAE building codes and mall requirements throughout the construction process.Coordinate the procurement, delivery, and installation of store fixtures, furnishings, and equipment, ensuring all elements meet ANTA’s quality standards and design criteria.Communicate project status and any risks or delays to senior management, providing transparency and updates at regular intervals.Upon store completion, support any facilities maintenance setup and establish relationships with reliable contractors and suppliers for ongoing repair or future expansion needs.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field.4+ years of experience in retail store design and construction, project management of store build-outs, or a similar role in the commercial construction/fit-out industry.Strong understanding of retail design principles and construction processes, including interpreting architectural drawings and managing fit-out contractors.Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Familiarity with UAE building regulations, permitting processes, and experience working with local contractors and mall management on store projects.Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work that meets brand and operational standards.Effective communication and negotiation skills, able to coordinate between designers, contractors, vendors, and business stakeholders.Proficiency in English (written and spoken), with the ability to produce clear project documentation and reports.Self-driven and proactive, capable of working independently and taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced startup environment.Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience managing store construction projects within major shopping malls in the UAE/GCC region.Knowledge of ANTA’s brand aesthetics or experience with interior design for sportswear/fashion retail stores.Proficiency in Arabic is a plus (useful for liaising with local authorities and on-site teams).Professional certifications in project management or construction (e.g., PMP, LEED, or equivalent) are an advantage.Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Project Management and Design Industries Retail Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Anta by 2x Site Supervisor - Interior Fit out projects Mechanical Project Manager- Qatar / KSA/ Oman / India Maintenance Coordinator (Facility Management Coordinator)We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
