Expert in end-to-end recruitment, payroll…We are seeking a qualified and experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in interior fit-out projects within the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed project schedules, monitoring progress, coordinating with project stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery in line with project milestones and client expectations.Key Responsibilities: Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.Coordinate with the project manager, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to gather project data and monitor execution progress.Analyze delays and provide catch-up plans or recovery schedules as needed.Ensure that the project schedule aligns with the approved baseline program and client requirements.Develop look-ahead schedules, progress reports, and project status updates.Assist in preparing and updating S-curves, cash flow projections, manpower histograms, and productivity reports.Participate in project planning meetings, both internally and with clients/consultants.Maintain detailed logs of design submissions, approvals, procurement, and construction activities.Ensure compliance with local regulations, project specifications, and quality standards.Provide support in claims analysis, extension of time (EOT) justifications, and risk assessments.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline.Minimum of 3 years of experience in UAE interior fit-out projects.Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.Strong understanding of project execution in interior fit-out, including MEP coordination.Experience in high-end commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects is a plus.Knowledge of local authority regulations and project approval procedures in UAE.Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.PMP certification or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).Seniority level Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Design Industries Construction and Interior Design Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at ARCO Turnkey Solutions by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Planning Engineer” roles.Senior chief Engineer - Planning & Business Development Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates 9 hours ago Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates 11 hours ago We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
