Join to apply for the Senior Engineer - Operation & Maintenance role at Dubai Airports.Senior Engineer - Operation & Maintenance The team provides and supports the systems that support the business, maintaining all IT systems from basic desktop support to complex flight information systems. They are industry game changers, bringing innovative developments and advanced processes that revolutionize operations.Responsibilities: Study preceding shift activities and communicate with the AFL Section Manager and ATC users regarding system failures and critical issues, taking necessary actions.Analyze system events and statuses to ensure proper operation and report faults to the AFL Shift Leader or technical staff.Prepare and assist in creating technical documents, specifications, operational procedures, drawings, schematics, reports, and training manuals.Test and commission new system hardware and software to ensure compliance with specifications and operational requirements.Perform routine and non-routine system administration tasks to maintain system health and security.Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field, with 3-5 years of relevant experience and 5-7 years overall experience.Strong knowledge of UNIX (Solaris), Windows (2003), TCP/IP, and CORBA.Ability to write technical specifications and operational documentation.Understanding of Maximo CMMS from a user perspective.Knowledge of local and international regulations and safety procedures (ICAO / GCAA).Life at Dubai Airports Dubai Airports is a fast-growing business committed to delivering excellent airport experiences around the clock.
