Design Project Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager – Design to lead and coordinate the design process for high-end, luxury villa compounds, high-rise residential, and hospitality projects. The role involves managing design teams, ensuring alignment with client expectations, and delivering innovative, high-quality designs on time and within budget.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the design phases of luxury residential and hospitality projects.Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to ensure seamless design integration.Review and approve design deliverables, including drawings, specifications, and presentations.Ensure compliance with project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Conduct regular design review meetings to address challenges and streamline workflows.Collaborate with contractors and consultants to resolve design-related issues during construction.Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, building codes, and client requirements.Monitor progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and stakeholders.Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.10+ years of experience managing the design phase of high-end, luxury residential and hospitality projects.Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design processes.Proficiency in design and project management tools such as Auto CAD, Revit, and MS Project.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Familiarity with local authority regulations and international design standards.Certifications such as PMP are a plus.Join DAR Consult to drive innovative design excellence in luxury projects! #J-18808-Ljbffr
