This role involves solving engineering and business challenges daily.The product is our in-house self-service Scoring platform for analysts and developers in risk and product teams. You will lead and develop this platform, owning the roadmap and managing the full product lifecycle from strategy and quarterly OKRs to launch.Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Core Skills4+ years as a Platform or Technical Product Manager Preferred: experience as an Enterprise Architect, Development Team Lead, or Engineering Manager combined with Product Management experience Product Skills Strong problem-solving, solution design, and prioritization skills Experience in creating product visions, strategies, and setting OKRs Ability to develop metrics trees and define key product metrics Technical Skills Solid business and system analysis skills with a broad technical perspective Ability to evaluate architectural solutions and challenge decisions when needed Experience designing architecture, data models, and APIs Understanding of CI/CD processes Experience assessing technical quality, monitoring, and reliability practices Communication Strong English skills (minimum B2)Leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities Excellent communication skills for articulating vision and decisions at C-level Benefits Relocation and Employment We offer remote work globally (aligned with Dubai time) with personalized relocation plans.
