This individual will be instrumental in building and nurturing strong relationships with wealth management firms and direct investors to raise capital for the Fund. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in capital raising, investor relations, and relationship management, particularly within the real estate or alternative investment space.Key Responsibilities : 1. Wealth Management Partnerships Identify, approach, and build strategic relationships with wealth management firms, IFAs, family offices, and private banks.Onboard and empanel these partners to promote and raise capital for the Fund’s offerings.Organize and conduct roadshows, webinars, and investor briefings in collaboration with partner platforms.Build and manage a network of High Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), Ultra-HNIs, and institutional investors.Leverage existing contacts and networks to introduce and market fund opportunities.Develop customized communication strategies to attract and retain direct investors.3. Investor Relations & Communication Prepare and deliver professional investor presentations, fund updates, and quarterly reports.Act as a key point of contact for investor queries, concerns, and relationship management.Maintain transparency and ensure alignment with investor expectations and compliance standards.Support the investment team in capital raising for specific real estate deals or co-investment opportunities.Prepare deal-specific marketing materials and work closely with legal and compliance teams to manage due diligence and subscription processes.5.
