As an experienced finance professional, you will be expected to maintain a high control environment, drive innovation in business and finance processes, and provide a long-term vision for creating successful businesses that deliver strong financial performance while maintaining customer experience and trust. You will build relationships with Category Leaders, Program owners, Operations, and internal finance teams. You will lead finance initiatives, planning processes, and metrics for periodic reviews, focusing on cost reduction, benchmarking, and forecasting to support ambitious growth targets. You will audit business inputs and processes to ensure robust financial controls, analyze all aspects of the business to identify improvements, and utilize data and business judgment for strategic decisions. You will develop tools for insightful analysis and reporting, extract insights from large data volumes, and communicate findings effectively with business partners. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and finance teams across regions and functions. The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, a creative problem solver, and a strong leader with stakeholder management skills. Key Job Responsibilities Act as a finance business partner for quick commerce and new programs Lead planning and performance reviews for the country and programs Create models to manage growth and profitability, and hold teams accountable for KPIs Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to influence business decisions Deliver accurate financial reports to senior management Represent Finance in MBRs, QBRs with performance narratives Analyze initiatives, document learnings, and share insights for better planning Build processes, tools, and dashboards to support decision-making Exercise judgment on data limitations and analyze trade-offs Collaborate with product managers to influence new program requirements Desired Candidate Profile Advanced SQL skills for data mining and BI Experience with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) Experience with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards) Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
