Description Role : Administrative Coordinator Location: Dubai Role Purpose: Assist the Valuation department in registering new requests emailing and calling clients/customers arranging inspections and general admin housekeeping.Key Accountabilities of the role General: Provide a high level of customer service and care Present the company in a professional manner in all business events.Self-development and continuing personal development.Policies Systems Processes and Procedures: Collect and report to senior admin business process and problems to develop solutions in order to enhance efficiencies.Including good use of MS Office Oracle and Other ADIB Applications.Valuations: Ensure a high standard of work level Ensure turnaround times are met for all respective cases Training: MS Office Oracle Specialist Skills / Technical Knowledge Required for this role: Diploma Degree (preferred in Real Estate Valuation/projects)Good communication skills Good office skills Good knowledge of MS Office applications CRM etc Previous experience: Minimum 2 years experience Required Experience: IC #J-18808-Ljbffr
