Learn more about careers at: https: //careers.atkinsrealis.com Qualifications and Requirements: Degree in Engineering, Construction, or similar with 10+ years of experience Prior experience in mega mixed-use and residential projects as part of the PMC/Construction team is mandatory UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi) experience is mandatory Beneficial Qualifications: CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS, Recognized safety programs, First Aid, Lifting Supervisor Certification, Traffic management, Institutional membership Responsibilities: Performance: Effective delivery of site-wide logistics through procurement of a logistics management contractor Define and monitor scope of services with measurable goals Manage movement of labor, plant, and materials safely and efficiently Plan site infrastructure such as haul roads, laydown zones, and access points Maintain a secure and well-managed site with regular logistics meetings Oversee worker accommodation and develop related processes and procedures Manage supply chain, movement plans, and forecasting Ensure logistics do not constrain project schedule Develop site-specific safety manuals and emergency plans Coordinate signage and public access routes Implement security management systems Change Management: Review scope variations and assess impacts Permitting: Ensure acquisition of all necessary permits for logistics operations Cost: Review budgets, cost plans, and ensure work is signed off per contract Planning: Develop and review detailed project and logistics plans Risk: Review risk register, coordinate mitigation strategies Interface: Coordinate with program consultants and stakeholders on logistics issues Communication: Conduct regular meetings, address issues, and communicate directions Reporting: Provide weekly logistics dashboards and issue reports Assurance: Submit and review logistics contractor self-audits Why choose Atkins Réalis?Tax-free salary, life and medical insurance, paid leave, gratuity, bonuses, flight contributions, allowances, and wellbeing programs Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is central to our culture.
