Description
Job Responsibilities Process receipts and journal vouchers: Accurately enter transaction details into the accounting system, ensuring all supporting documentation is complete and properly filed.Prepare financial reports: Compile and record transactions for the Profit and Loss Account report.Manage real estate transactions: Record transactions for real estate properties and maintain related records.Handle cheque transfers: Perform monthly transfer of cheques from Checks Under Collection to the bank account.Reconcile bank accounts: Conduct monthly reconciliation of cheques under collection with the bank PDC list and perform general bank reconciliations.Maintain lease and receivables records: Keep records of lease agreements and track accounts receivable for real estate properties.Process security deposits: Handle security deposit refund payments to tenants.Manage accruals and prepayments: Maintain schedules related to real estate properties.Coordinate with property management: Communicate and coordinate effectively with the property management team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
