Native English Teacher for Express English -Dubai

Responsibilities Academic Support: Provide individualized and small group tutoring in core subjects to help students improve their understanding and performance.Homework Assistance: Assist students with homework and assignments, ensuring they develop good study habits and time management skills.Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center Manager and parents as needed.Assessment Reports: Create detailed reports after each tutoring session to document student performance, areas for improvement, and any relevant feedback for parents or guardians.Mentorship: Act as a mentor and role model, offering guidance and support to help students build confidence and resilience.Collaboration: Work closely with the Center Manager and other staff to align tutoring strategies with teaching instruction and objectives.Parent Communication: Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address any concerns or questions they may have.Professional Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops conducted by the company to enhance tutoring skills and stay updated on best practices in education.Engagement: Conduct engaging and interactive tutoring sessions, both in-person and online, while maintaining a positive and professional learning environment.Requirements Native English Teacher for Express English - Dubai Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, Communications, or a related field)TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification Experience working in multicultural environments Additional certifications in child development or specialized training in KG education can be an advantage.Previous experience in a similar teaching role, preferably within early childhood education or kindergarten, is often required.Experience with lesson planning, child assessment, and creating a nurturing classroom environment is beneficial.Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with young children, their parents, and other staff members.Ability to create a structured, positive, and supportive environment for young learners.Understanding the emotional and developmental needs of young children.Passion for Working with Children: A genuine interest in nurturing and educating young learners. #J-18808-Ljbffr
