Designer/Project Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Designer / Project Manager to lead the design and execution of ultra-luxury villa developments in the UAE. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong architectural or interior design background who also excels in project coordination and delivery.As part of a high-profile property development team, you will play a pivotal role in translating visionary concepts into meticulously executed homes that reflect exceptional craftsmanship, elegance, and exclusivity.Key Responsibilities Design Oversight: Lead and manage the architectural and interior design of bespoke villas from concept to final delivery, ensuring the highest standards of luxury, functionality, and brand alignment.Project Planning & Coordination: Develop project schedules, design deliverables, and manage timelines in collaboration with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure timely execution.Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between design teams, senior management, consultants, and construction teams. Align design intent with commercial goals, client expectations, and development timelines.Consultant & Contractor Coordination: Review and manage the input of architects, engineers, landscape, and interior consultants. Ensure cohesion and accuracy across all design and construction packages.Material & Finishes Approval: Curate and approve high-end finishes and materials, ensuring selections are in line with the project vision and appropriate for a luxury residential context.Quality Control & Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction quality and design compliance. Review shop drawings, mock-ups, and attend inspections and coordination meetings.Budget & Value Engineering: Work closely with cost consultants to align design solutions with budget constraints while preserving design excellence and integrity.Authority Approvals & Compliance: Liaise with local authorities and master developers to obtain necessary design approvals, ensuring all regulations and codes are met.Presentation & Reporting: Prepare clear, professional presentations and progress reports for internal leadership and VIP stakeholders.Trend Awareness: Stay updated on global luxury design trends, architectural innovations, and sustainability best practices to continuously elevate project outcomes.Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related discipline8+ years of experience, including project management of luxury residential or villa developments in GCC region Strong design sensibility with a portfolio that reflects high-end or bespoke work Proven ability to manage multiple consultants and contractors across all project phases Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills Proficiency in design and project tools (e.g. Auto CAD, Revit, MS Project, Excel, Adobe Suite)Deep knowledge of UAE building codes and authority processes Arabic language skills are an advantage Why Join Us?Career growth and development within a dynamic, supportive in-house projects team environment.Be part of a project that will set new standards for urban living in Dubai.We are an equal-opportunity employer.
