My client is a top-tier international law firm seeking to add a corporate M&A lawyer to their highly regarded team in Dubai.With offices across Europe, the Middle East, and APAC, this law firm offers high-quality cross-border transactional work.This sector-agnostic team advises a range of clients, including multinational corporates, private equity/venture capital firms, sovereign wealth funds, and their portfolio companies on M&A (public & private), general corporate advisory, and governance matters.Although sector-agnostic, the team is experiencing increased work in the TMT sector.Candidates with 2+ PQE are encouraged to apply.
