Senior Sales Manager - Leisure (5-Star Hotel Experience)

Description Apt Resources is hiring a Senior Sales Manager Leisure for our client, a luxury hotel in Dubai. This role is ideal for a driven hospitality sales professional with strong ties to the leisure travel industry and a solid understanding of the international and GCC tourism markets. Key Responsibilities: Cultivate relationships with DMCs, travel agencies, tour operators, and bed banks Develop and execute leisure segment sales strategies and action plans Manage contracts, oversee familiarization trips, and represent the hotel at trade shows Analyze market trends and deliver competitive insights and reporting Requirements Minimum 5 years of sales experience in a 5-star hotel focusing on leisure Strong network within key source markets such as Europe, Russia/CIS, and China Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing Proficient in Opera PMS and familiar with hotel distribution channels Fluent in English (Russian is a plus); strong negotiation and presentation skills Benefits Basic monthly salary: AED 10,000, transportation and telephone allowances, fully furnished studio, and other standard non-cash benefits. #J-18808-Ljbffr
