More information can be found at our website.Responsibilities We are currently recruiting an Equipment Sales Manager for the Middle East, covering 13 countries. Based in Dubai, you will be part of the Middle East team focusing on our equipment portfolio. This role is 75% field-based, covering hospitals and private IVF clinics in the region. You will join a growing and developing business from the outset.Location: Dubai Travel: 75% in the field Position As an Equipment Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to meet customers and drive sales growth through channel partners and end-users in your respective countries. You should have extensive experience in capital equipment sales and managing channel partner networks. You will serve as the commercial lead for equipment sales, working closely with Regional Sales Managers and engaging with both channel partners and end-users to increase revenue, enhance service offerings, and support Cooper Surgical's long-term growth in the region.You should have a keen eye for business opportunities and skills to implement market strategies. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, driven, positive, energetic, results-oriented, and a team player. A proactive attitude and willingness to share skills and knowledge are essential.Develop and manage channel partner networks Grow sales by understanding market dynamics and customer needs, acting on opportunities via channel partners Ensure effective communication, sales, and promotion of CSI products Drive stakeholder engagement and decision-making Collaborate and share insights with Regional Sales Managers and cross-functional teams Qualifications Educational background in biomedical engineering, business administration, or ITMinimum 5 years of experience in a field sales role, preferably in medical equipment Experience managing channel partners in a multinational environment Tactical, structured, and goal-oriented approach Strong communication and collaboration skills Responsive, curious, proactive attitude Team-oriented with a collaborative spirit Solution-oriented mindset Fluent in English and Arabic Required Experience: Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr
