Job Description : Contracts Administration Head Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India Level : Sr. Manager Education : BE / B. Tech Key Responsibilities : Oversee the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts for the project.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.Collaborate with internal teams to address contract-related issues and provide solutions.Monitor project progress and identify potential risks related to contracts.Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution of contractual terms.Prepare and present contract summaries and reports for senior management.Requirements : Proven experience in contract administration, preferably within large-scale construction projects.Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management, and commercial terms.Experience working on GCC construction projects is highly desirable.Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
