Graphic Designer - Urgent Requirement

Black & Grey HR is seeking a talented Graphics Designer for a client in Dubai's Entertainment, Leisure & Hospitality sector.The ideal candidate will create visually compelling designs and typography for marketing materials across digital and print platforms, ensuring brand consistency.Key Responsibilities: Design high-quality marketing materials for online and offline channels, including social media graphics, websites, advertisements, presentations, and print collateral.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop cohesive visual concepts aligned with brand identity.Utilize industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects) to produce innovative designs.Apply typography, color theory, and design principles to enhance visual appeal and brand recognition.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms.Brainstorm and execute creative concepts that resonate with the target audience.Adapt designs for various mediums, including digital, print, and multimedia projects.Manage multiple projects efficiently, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.Stay updated on design trends and incorporate modern aesthetics into projects.Coordinate print production for event branding, signage, and promotional materials.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.3-6 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in illustrative design, typography, and branding.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, After Effects).Knowledge of Cap Cut or motion graphics is a plus.Skills & Competencies: Strong conceptual thinking with a keen eye for aesthetics.Ability to articulate ideas clearly and collaborate with stakeholders.Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Precision in design and adherence to brand guidelines.Flexibility to refine designs based on feedback and trends.Problem-solving skills to overcome design challenges.Benefits: Competitive salary package and benefits.
