EOE/AA/Disabled/Veterans A Guest Service Executive acts as an ambassador of the hotel by providing special assistance and information about local area attractions to guests and patrons, offering a wide selection of options for guest satisfaction. Arranging local tours, assisting with transportation, and facilitating other services not offered directly by the hotel are also part of the role.What will I be doing As a Guest Service Executive, you are part of the Concierge team and serve as a connection between Guests and various hotel departments. Your responsibilities include: Greeting guests promptly with a friendly and sincere welcome. Responding to inquiries with accurate information regarding hours of operation, directions to local attractions or meeting rooms, car rentals, airline shuttle services, etc., tailored to individual needs.Answering telephone calls, inputting messages into the computer, retrieving messages, and communicating contents to guests. Handling mail, small packages, and facsimiles for guests, as well as assisting with transportation arrangements.Organizing and confirming recreation, business, and dining activities both inside and outside the hotel. Responding promptly to requests for services such as dentists, doctors, child care, florists, etc.Responding to guest complaints, conducting research to develop effective solutions, and negotiating results. Assisting in resolving issues like price conflicts or insufficient heating or air conditioning. Remaining calm and alert, especially during emergency situations and periods of high hotel activity.What are we looking for A Guest Service Executive at Hilton is committed to serving our guests and collaborating with team members.
