Senior Project Surveyor - Post Contract

AECOM is seeking a Site-Based Senior Project Surveyor responsible for delivering projects across the full spectrum of cost management activities, managing a team with minimal supervision.Role and Responsibilities Specialize in Post-Contract Cost Consultancy services for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.Support clients across a portfolio of projects to ensure smooth management.Manage a team delivering post-contract cost management services including: Payment certifications Management and assessment of variations Claim avoidance Budget tracking Cost reporting Risk management Negotiations and final account Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on small and medium-sized projects.Be accountable for multiple deliverables throughout the project lifecycle within an end market sector.Brief the team on project scopes to ensure clarity of roles and responsibilities.Manage resources across projects within established budgets.Deliver funder advisory services throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure quality control and procedural compliance.Assist with benchmarking data collection and internal reporting.Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting their development, including involvement in graduate programs.Monitor and manage team performance to ensure project success and growth.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or related construction field.Chartered RICS Membership (MRICS).Experience8-10 years postgraduate experience.4-5 years of experience in the Middle East.Additional Information AECOM offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, disability benefits, paid time off, leaves of absence, voluntary benefits, perks, flexible work options, wellbeing resources, employee assistance programs, business travel insurance, service recognition awards, retirement savings plans, and employee stock purchase plans.We are a global infrastructure leader committed to delivering a better world, partnering with public and private clients to create innovative, sustainable, and resilient solutions throughout the project lifecycle.What makes AECOM a great place to work Join a global team that supports your growth and career ambitions.
