You will be working as part of the wider Laser Digital COO Office across our three business verticals of Trading, Asset Management and Ventures. Your responsibilities will include client and 3rd party onboardings on to the Laser Digital platform. Your role will also include assisting on all KYC activities taking place across the first line such as ongoing due diligence and screening. As this is a client facing role, you will be comfortable liaising with clients to obtain the relevant documentation. Internally you will be dealing with a number of teams including Sales, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operational teams. In addition to this any due diligence updates to clients throughout the lifecycle such as Periodic Reviews will also need to be conducted.Role Responsibilities Responsible for Client & third party onboarding across Trading, Asset Management and Ventures Client outreach, Collection and validation of the data provided in line with Laser Digital policies and risk appetite.Perform KYC, PEP and Adverse News Screening. Review findings and determine proposed risk assessment and escalation where required.Conduct initial due diligence in line with policies and procedures Escalate issues to the Client Onboarding Lead and the Compliance team Work closely with Sales and Distribution teams to ensure client relationship is well managed with timely and transparent communication.Ensuring internal systems are up to date with relevant documents and data Liaising with compliance to ensure that onboarding meets the required standards and that cases are questioned and escalated where appropriate.Constantly working on multiple requests and prioritising based on business needs.Periodic review of KYC for all clients4i checking files from junior team members First port of call for any queries or questions from junior team members or front office Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required REQUIREDDegree level education Strong client Management Multi-tasking and prioritization Underlying knowledge of CDD/EDD and why it is needed Experience in performing DD on different entity types in jurisdictions around the globe Motivated and hard working.
