Description
The Customer Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for managing partner orders and direct operations across the Middle East, ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of goods. This role is critical in maintaining compliance with local and importing country trade regulations, including the preparation of all required documentation. It involves close collaboration with finance and business teams to ensure seamless order execution, while also serving as a key point of contact for customers to address logistics-related queries and requests. Key Responsibilities Enhance customer experience by serving as a direct contact for logistics inquiries, improving responsiveness and satisfaction Align cross-functional teams Ensure regulatory compliance Reduce operational risk and missed revenue by handling high-volume, detail-driven tasks Improve order fulfillment efficiency What we ask Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field At least 4 years of experience in a similar role Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are an advantage Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) Knowledge of contract billing and handling Ability to work independently, meet strict deadlines, and prioritize workload effectively You will need Business acumen Customer focus Collaboration skills Change management capability Result orientation Canon is an equal opportunity employer.
