This crucial role will interface with internal leadership/stakeholders and external ecosystems (banks, schemes, third-party partnerships) to shape the growth and development of the Co-branded Card in UAE. The role involves driving card acquisition, customer engagement, third-party partnership programs, and business reporting, in collaboration with external partners and internal teams.This role is based in Dubai, UAE.Key job responsibilities Develop and drive the card acquisition and engagement programs.Uphold and innovate a strong long-term customer value proposition with the card partner and third-party partnerships.Drive balanced adoption of the customer value proposition and foster a strong affinity for rewards usage.Ensure program compliance.Customize and execute seasonal or purpose-driven campaigns for special events or business objectives.Collect customer feedback and insights to define actionable improvements.Track program health, budget utilization, and conduct business reporting to internal and partner leadership.Define monthly, quarterly, and yearly business plans.Periodic benchmarking of best practices and value propositions.Drive program success through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams such as product, marketing, operations, and finance.Qualifications and experience MBA or equivalent qualification.Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.Experience working in a fast-moving consumer business.Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level.Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements.At least 6 years of experience managing credit/debit card portfolios and their acquisition/engagement programs.Experience in managing P&L, budgets, program performance, and business reporting.At least 6 years of professional or military experience.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
