Credit Controller

Urgent Opening for Credit Controller in wholesale and distribution of Timber Wood Industry.Salary Range up to AED 12,000 inclusive of all benefits.Interested candidates may share their resume at (email address or application link).Job Description: Ensure strict adherence to the company's credit policy.Obtain sufficient information to determine the creditworthiness of customers and recommend credit facilities and amendments for both new and existing customers.Liaise with sales teams to resolve key issues related to customer accounts.Establish strong relationships with clients to resolve issues and offer mutual solutions.Advise, amend, and negotiate letters of credit with all new and existing customers.Regularly analyze aging reports and ensure accurate reconciliation of all customer accounts.Ensure timely delivery of account statements, invoices, and redemption reports to prevent delays.Book payments and receipts in the system, issue credit notes, and reconcile accounts.Monitor inward cheque clearance, bank transfers, and exchange remittances.Propose write-offs for irrecoverable debts and disbursements.Minimize and control risks associated with credit exposure while keeping DSO within limits.Secure data and backups to facilitate year-end audits.Liaise with the legal team to handle cases related to cheque bounce and breach of settlement agreements.Prepare and compile documentation and correspondences for court-appointed expert meetings.Requirements: Credit collection and accounts receivable management Strategic communication and negotiation skills Financial controlling and planning Multilingual abilities Proficiency in various ERP and accounting systems (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)Coaching, training, and team management skills Benefits as per company policy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
