Supply Chain Executive, Ultra Fast Grocery - UAE National, Supply Chain

Job Overview The Packaging Executive acts as a bridge between operations and upstream suppliers. They are responsible for seamless planning and execution of packaging materials and shipping supplies during peak and off-peak periods, while maximizing customer and vendor experience. This role involves driving decision-making with stakeholders and requires strong organizational skills, along with the ability to facilitate data-driven discussions. Key Responsibilities Establish robust planning processes to ensure business continuity. Raise purchase orders for packaging replenishment. Maintain inventory records of packaging and shipping supplies at the store level. Establish SOPs and mechanisms for packaging testing and trials. Lead weekly packaging calls with procurement and finance teams. Lead the packaging charter. Innovate and explore opportunities for continuous improvement in packaging methods, quality, and cost. Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 12 years of relevant work experience. Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLook Ups) and SQL. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Packaging-related experience. Experience in process building and project management. Ability to drive automation. UAE nationality with family book.
