Description
Create and develop customised soft skills training programmes including Communication Skills, Customer Care, Supervisory Training, and Team Building Skills.Communicate with Senior Management and Business Unit Heads to prepare and test training programmes prior to delivery.Oversees employee interviews, surveys, focus groups, and consultations to establish additional training needs.Consistently monitor feedback on the effectiveness of changes and provide ongoing support to employees and management.Develop creative, innovative, and alternative training methods to enhance employee performance.Utilise various techniques for delivering training materials, including team exercises, role-playing, videos, lectures, and group discussions.Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.3-5 years of experience in delivering training.Must have knowledge of training needs analysis.Soft Skills training - Communication skills, Team building, Supervisory.UAE Nationals only for this role. #J-18808-Ljbffr
