Job Description Job Purpose To coordinate with the Captain directly responsible for customer comfort while ensuring the safe conduct of flights to which they are assigned.Responsibilities Carry out duties concerning the flight in accordance with Company Standard Operating Procedures, including procedures, limitations, and performance relating to the specific aircraft type, as allocated by the Commander.Confirm safe navigation of the aircraft by maintaining a continuous and independent check on geographical position and terrain clearance.Provide advice, information, and assistance to the Commander to contribute to the safe and efficient conduct of the flight.Seek and receive information and explanations from the Commander as needed.Maintain high standards of discipline, conduct, and appearance as a representative of the Company.Support the Commander in developing and maintaining high professional standards and morale among the crew.Familiarize with relevant UAE and International air legislation, aviation practices, and procedures.Be familiar with the Company Operations manual provisions necessary for the role.Assist the Commander with administrative duties related to the flight as requested.Support the Commander in maintaining crew discipline, conduct, and appearance standards.Skills FAA/JAA/GCAA licenses required ATPL and valid type rating on Aircraft Type Minimum 2500 hours of flying on BBJ737 (NG) — Mandatory Minimum 1000 hours in multi-jet engine aircraft — Mandatory Familiarity with the Company Operations Manual provisions relevant to the role Academic qualification, preferably a Diploma in Aviation or Business Administration; a University Degree is preferred Accident and violation-free flying record Airline Transport Pilot License acceptable to GCAASuccessful completion of the Command Course Valid Instrument Rating Valid Recurrent Checks Valid Class 1 Medical Familiarity with UAE and International air legislation and aviation practices English Language Proficiency VIP flight experience Required Experience: Unclear seniority level #J-18808-Ljbffr
