Franchise Manager Location: Dubai Education: Bachelor degree (Graduate / PGDBM / MBA-Marketing preferred)Experience: 10+ Years Job Description Drafting franchise proposals & agreements by analyzing brand functionalities & business requirements, negotiations, and closing deals. Identifying potential locations in the designated zone for franchise development. Identifying channels for franchise development. Charting out the roadmap and developing the marketing strategy for franchisee development. Identifying potential brands to add to the group portfolio. Having previous experience with international brands and concluding franchise agreements. Acquiring Master Franchise rights for international brands for clients. Attending exhibitions & seminars and applying various methods for generating leads. Maintaining and following up with brands for conversion. Expanding the current franchisee network by converting potential leads into franchisees. Leading & managing the negotiation process, including commercial & legal aspects. Developing business cases and supporting financial models for new opportunities. Reporting and monitoring activity and performance against targets on a monthly/quarterly basis. Inter-departmental coordination for smooth store openings. Key Position Requirements Experience in identifying, evaluating, and negotiating with international retail and Food & Beverage brands. Extensive experience in franchise development. Proven experience managing a multi-level pipeline of activity. Established network of relevant contacts, including brands and investors. Highly developed networking skills with 10+ years in franchise sales. Experience promoting franchise sales PAN India and internationally, with preference for Middle East experience. Ability to plan and execute marketing activities and events for franchise promotion. Experience dealing with HNI clients. Ability to set targets and manage franchise sales teams. Budget management skills to optimize costs. Strong presentation skills for franchise opportunities. Motivational leadership and excellent communication skills. Market knowledge and commercial insight. Awareness of company strategy and organizational impact. Proactive participation in international exhibitions, trade shows, and events.
