Technical Leader - Cards Support Team

Our client - one of the largest banks in the UAE is currently looking for a Technical Lead for the Card Management Systems application support team. This is a permanent role and will be based in the Head Office in Abu Dhabi.This is a management position and the successful candidate will be leading the Cards Processing Systems application support team of 5 (including two Senior Technical Analysts). You will report into the Group Leader for Delivery Channels Support.A strong technical background in card management systems is essential as your technical input is crucial, especially when handling incidents and making decisions. The role involves: Performance management of the team (including monthly reviews)Building yearly objectives for the team Attending management meetings Training staff Strong mentoring and leadership skills are a must.
