In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy, support and guide a high-performing team, and cultivating long-term partnerships with top-tier clients including architects, interior designers, hotel developers, and wellness centres. You'll take ownership of driving revenue growth by identifying market opportunities, delivering tailored client solutions, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets across the region. Your role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product development, to enhance our market presence and deliver exceptional value.About You You are a sales leader with a minimum of 5 - 7 years' experience in the Spa & Wellness or related luxury sectors, with a proven track record of managing high-value accounts and consistently exceeding sales targets. You bring a deep understanding of the industry, its trends, and customer expectations, along with the strategic vision and hands-on approach required to grow market share. Your ability to build trust and long-standing relationships with clients, combined with your team leadership, negotiation skills, and analytical mindset, will set you apart. You are collaborative, driven, and results oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills and hold a valid UAE driving license.
