Senior Specialist - Assets Planning and Development Develop, update, and monitor the asset management system within the Roads and Transport Authority, including all related policies, strategies, and processes, in accordance with international best practices and standards.Key Responsibilities: Review the ISO 55001 external annual audit process, ensuring compliance with the international standard for asset management, and provide regular progress reports.Collaborate with audit teams and stakeholders to address non-conformities or areas for improvement, and develop action plans to rectify deficiencies and improve asset management practices.Identify and monitor asset-related risks, ensuring risk management and emergency response plans are in place.Review and analyze KPIs related to the asset management system at the RTA level, and recommend improvements.Coordinate value management with relevant departments, ensuring effective communication and adherence to the Value Management Standard - BS EN 12973, and report progress.Perform additional responsibilities as appropriate.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: # Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university; Master’s degree preferred.# Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.# ISO 55001 certification.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Project Management, Engineering, and Quality Assurance Industries Government Administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain #J-18808-Ljbffr
