Senior Manager - Commercial, Ports Cluster (MZ)Senior Manager - Commercial, Ports Cluster (MZ)The Ports Cluster, part of AD Ports Group, owns and operates 10 ports & terminals facilitating trade and building capacity whilst connecting Abu Dhabi globally. The cluster is focused on achieving sustainable growth, forging partnerships with local and global market leaders with the goal of diversifying and expanding capacity to meet the growing and diverse needs of customers while solidifying Abu Dhabi as a global trade and logistics hub.Job Purpose To lead the development and execution of commercial strategies, ensuring customer retention, commercial contract alignment, and revenue growth. The role will oversee revised pricing models, new service offerings in new locations (Khalifa Port and Mugharraq Port), and partnership development tailored to the capabilities and opportunities of the new infrastructure.Core Responsibilities Develop and execute commercial strategies tailored to the new ports’ infrastructure.Negotiate and manage key client contracts ensuring alignment with new service offerings.Oversee development of revised pricing strategies.Ensure commercial readiness of port operations.Build long-term relationships with high-value clients and other stakeholders (shipping lines, agents, customs, etc.)Lead commercial analytics to drive insight-based decision-making.Monitor and manage contract compliance and commercial KPIs.Support programme team with strategic partnership initiatives.Collaborate with marketing & communication team to align plans with brand and communication strategy.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Maritime Studies or related field.
