Certified Career & Personal…Are you ready to bring magic to life?Miral Experiences is looking for a Senior Retail Buyer – Harry Potter to lead the retail product development for the iconic Wizarding World, opening at Yas Island. In this role, you’ll curate and deliver a compelling product range, collaborating closely with suppliers, IP partners, and internal teams. This is a rare opportunity to influence one of the region's most exciting themed attractions.Own the end-to-end development of Harry Potter retail products.Manage vendor relations, assortment planning, and category budgeting.Use analysis, best practice and key learnings from other Miral assets to build and develop a robust retail assortment for the Harry Potter Expansion.Working alongside the Testing and Compliance function, ensure products comply with UAE regulations through a robust test, audit, and compliance process.Actively plan and collaborate with internal functions on events, activations and park initiatives for the opening of Harry Potter World.Lead product compliance, pricing, and PO process.Collaborate across functions on launch activations and initiatives.Coach a direct report and contribute to overall business strategy. What You’ll Need: University Degree or equivalent.10 years in Retail buying & product development.Experience of developing Harry Potter retail products.I am passionate about the Harry Potter brand and films.Experience working with License/IP.Experience of developing Harry Potter retail products.Experience in End-to-End retail product development.Creative flair for product.Ability to present to high level stakeholders both internally and externally.Problem solving and proactive mindset Data Driven and Analytical skills.Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language Knowledge and understanding of computer programs such as Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, retail inventory control and finance software Knowledge of department budgeting, P&L, and open-to-buy development Adaptability, comfortable with change in a fast-paced environment.Multitasking skills - Ability to work in a fast paced, fun, and busy environment managing multiple deadlines.At Miral Experiences, you’ll work in a fast-paced, creative, and collaborative environment shaping unforgettable guest experiences.
