This role is perfect for someone experienced in bookkeeping, VAT registration & filing, and UAE Corporate Tax compliance, who enjoys a structured, detail-focused environment.You’ll work closely with our internal client handling team to ensure financial tasks are executed accurately and on time for our clients across various industries. Key Pre-Requisites2+ years of experience in an accounting firm or similar role Expertise in bookkeeping, VAT registration, and Corporate Tax filing Background in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation Immediate availability (no notice period)Experience with cloud accounting software (e.g., Quick Books Online)Able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously Core Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Accounting Execution: Maintain accurate financial records across multiple clients using QBO and similar tools.VAT Registration & Filing: End-to-end VAT processes including registration, compliance, and return filing.Corporate Tax Registration & Filing: Handle UAE Corporate Tax registration, calculate liabilities, and manage FTA submissions.Regulatory Compliance & Documentation: Maintain organized financial records as per UAE regulations, audit-ready at all times.Internal Coordination: Collaborate with the client-facing team to gather requirements and support financial operations.
