Chief Supervisor - Enterprise Command & Control Center Operations Join to apply for the Chief Supervisor - Enterprise Command & Control Center Operations role at Roads and Transport Authority Job Purpose Support the Enterprise Command and Control Department in overseeing and tasking teams for all activities within the Main Control Room (MCR) for daily operations on shift, as led by the Operations Manager. Supervisors should be aware of all activities occurring at the ECCD and act as the on-shift responsible operations lead on behalf of the ECCD Operations Manager.Key Responsibilities Monitor system status, identify daily requirements, and report technical issues to the concerned team.Prepare workflow support for event monitoring, including planning, communication, escalation, reporting, data analysis, and performance review.Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager or Department Director.Supervise implementation of training plans and projects for the operations team, including workshops and induction programs.Ensure operations adhere to SOPs and policies, especially during emergencies and crises, including manpower support and communication coordination.Lead daily MCR operations, ensure reporting, and coordinate with stakeholders.Monitor performance during planned and unplanned events, record KPIs, and prepare periodic reports.Participate in operational tests, drills, simulations, and develop lessons learned reports.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or MIS from a recognized university.Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.Additional Details Job Category: Inspection Employer: Roads and Transport Authority Department: Enterprise Command & Control Educational Level: Bachelor's Nationality: UAE Only Employment Type: Full-time Job Posting Date: 10/06/2025Application Deadline: 30/09/2025 #J-18808-Ljbffr
