Director of Digital Marketing

One of the UAE's most prominent luxury brands, catering to the ultra wealthy.Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, foster engagement, and drive lead generation across all digital platforms.Leverage advanced AI tools and technologies to optimise digital campaigns, automate marketing work-flows, and deliver tailored customer experiences.Oversee the planning and execution of digital media strategies, including SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media marketing, and email marketing.Collaborate with external agencies and internal creative teams to develop high-impact digital campaigns that reflect the brand's luxury positioning.Lead the strategy and optimisation of digital platforms, including website development, UX/UI design, and content management, ensuring a best-in-class digital experience.Ensure seamless integration of digital platforms, CRM, data analytics tools, and emerging technologies.Analyse and report on the effectiveness of all digital marketing campaigns, utilising insights to drive continuous improvement and optimise strategies based on data.Bachelor's degree and Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, AI) is a plus.10+ years of progressive experience in digital marketing, with a strong preference for backgrounds in luxury, or high-end consumer goods.Proven experience in applying and developing AI within marketing functions.Demonstrated expertise in all facets of digital marketing, including performance marketing, content strategy, and digital media.Profound experience in creative campaign development and agency management.Technical proficiency with a range of digital tools and platforms, including analytics, CRM, and marketing automation systems.Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of driving high performance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
