Business Intelligence Engineer ROW SHARP

ROW Supply Chain Analytics team is looking for an innovative, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Business Intelligence Engineer. Candidate must be detail-oriented, possess superior verbal and written communication skills, have strong organizational skills, excellent technical skills, and be able to juggle multiple tasks at once.The BIE will bring innovation, a strategic perspective, a passionate voice, and an ability to prioritize and execute on a fast-moving set of priorities, including competitive pressures and operational initiatives. You will partner closely with program, product, and technology teams to define and build innovative and delightful experiences for customers. You must be highly analytical, able to work effectively in a matrix organization, and capable of breaking complex problems into steps that drive product development at Amazon's speed.Key job responsibilities Transform data into digestible business intelligence and actionable information.Write high-quality SQL code to retrieve and analyze data.Automate data extraction and build monitoring/reporting dashboards with large data sets.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deep dive into outlier events.Solve business problems focusing on understanding root causes and identifying forward-looking opportunities.Provide complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources into a digestible, actionable format.Be open to learning and developing skills in the latest technologies and analytical techniques.Minimum qualifications Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or a related quantitative field.At least 5 years of experience analyzing and interpreting data with tools like Redshift, Oracle, No SQL, etc.Experience using SQL to extract data from databases or data warehouses and scripting (Python) for data processing.Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Quicksight, or similar.Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis.Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, Dynamo DB, S3, and Redshift.Experience in data mining, ETL processes, and working with large, complex datasets in a business environment.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
