The ULP is a dynamic opportunity underpinned around our We Care culture, designed to fast-track you in achieving a supervisory role upon completion of the programme. Throughout the program, you will experience different areas within our Rooms Department. Our senior leaders will guide and support you as you develop the technical and behavioral skills to become a well-rounded hospitality specialist. During your time as a ULP, you will participate in various training sessions organized by our Learning & Development team, led by our Dorchester Collection Learning Academy, offering valuable exposure and learning opportunities. Have a dedicated mentor from the business to support and guide your career start. Participate in leadership training, learning about leadership styles, feedback, personality types, and more. Connect with our Senior Leadership team through mentorship for networking and guidance. Partner with our Learning and Development team for regular training and workshops. Work on specific industry and development projects, including personal and business focus projects. Potentially obtain a permanent full-time position within the department after successful program completion. The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a ULP, but we will provide specifics on how we care for our hotel. What you'll bring Ideally a recent graduate in Hospitality & Tourism (or a related field) with a strong desire to grow and advance.
