Senior Engineer - Architect
Description
A Senior Site Architect is responsible foroverseeing the architectural aspects of construction projectson-site. This role involves ensuring that the design intent isrealized during construction coordinating with various stakeholdersand addressing any issues that arise during the buildingprocess.Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Oversee the construction site to ensure that thearchitectural design is implemented correctly and according to theplans.Quality Control: Monitor the quality ofmaterials and workmanship to ensure compliance with designspecifications and standards.Coordination: Collaborate with contractors engineers and other professionals toresolve any design or constructionissues.Compliance: Ensure that allconstruction activities comply with local building codes safetyregulations and environmentalguidelines.Problem-Solving: Address andresolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site makingadjustments to plans as necessary.Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholdershighlighting any deviations from the plan and proposedsolutions.Documentation: Maintain detailedrecords of site activities including daily logs inspection reportsand change orders.Client Interaction: Liaisewith clients to understand their needs and ensure theirsatisfaction with theproject.Qualifications: Qualifications Minimum15 years demonstrable experience in theall aspects ofsupervision and project administration of the Architectural worksrelated to large-scale projects within Middle East in theconsulting industry.Bachelor Degreein Architectural Engineering or equivalent.
