Our Project Finance and Infrastructure Advisory (PFIA) team advises clients on financial, procurement, strategic, and public-private partnership issues for large-scale infrastructure projects and programs. Join this team to support clients from initial analysis and project evaluation to procurement, financial close, construction, and operations. You will assist in devising and comparing financial plans and delivery approaches involving public, federal, or private financing, project revenues, and grants, supporting clients throughout implementation.The opportunity We are seeking a dynamic Infrastructure Advisory professional to join our PFIA team within the Strategy and Transactions (SAT) group as part of our growth. In this role, you will develop your commercial skills by working with our global networks and diverse clients. Our collaborative environment offers support, training, and coaching to help you progress along your chosen career path.Your key responsibilities You will assist clients in developing and implementing strategies to advance large-scale infrastructure projects. This includes advising on structuring and closing financing deals, developing and negotiating contract terms, and providing project and program management support. A deep understanding of funding, financing, and delivery mechanisms at various government levels is essential, along with mentoring junior team members.Skills and attributes for success Strong knowledge of public-private partnerships (PPP), concessions, project financing structures, and financial modeling is highly valued. An understanding of economic or social infrastructure procurement and delivery is beneficial.To qualify for the role you must have A bachelor’s or master’s degree with 4-6 years of relevant experience Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects and project management skills Experience in feasibility studies, structuring project financings, procurements, and related documentation Proven quantitative skills, including building financial models Excellent critical thinking, communication, writing, and organizational skills A strong desire to develop professionally in infrastructure finance and policy Ideally, you’ll also have Experience in advisory, infrastructure services, banking, government, or related sectors Professional qualifications such as CP3P or CFA are a plus What we offer We provide a competitive compensation package with performance-based rewards and recognition.
