Head of Business Development Responsibilities: Identify and develop strategic partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures across various business sectors.Implement the Group Growth Strategy to drive business expansion and revenue growth.Prospect and maintain relationships with key partners, investors, and industry leaders.Evaluate potential business opportunities through financial analysis, risk assessment, and market research.Negotiate and manage high-value contracts and multifaceted agreements.Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the financial and strategic value of partnerships.Ensure compliance with regulatory policies and risk management frameworks.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or private equity.Expertise in financial modeling, risk assessment, and portfolio management.Strong negotiation and stakeholder management experience at the C-level.Knowledge of international and regional markets, particularly in private equity and real estate.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving business environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
