About noonnoon is the region's leading consumer commerce platform. Since launching its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE in December 2017, and expanding to Egypt in February 2019, noon has grown to include services such as food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. We are a work in progress; six years in, we're only 5% done.Our mission: Ring every doorbell, every day.What you'll do: Join Team noon, comprised of some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, you'll drive major missions forward.Manage a large cluster of dark stores.Lead and motivate a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, Team Leaders, and other on-ground positions.Assist in resource planning and budgeting.Lead daily meetings to ensure operational consistency.Attract and recruit top talent.Ensure key performance indicators are met across dark stores, focusing on: Inventory hygiene Customer experience Speed Quality control What you'll need: Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.At least 6 years of experience in Q-commerce or related areas.Strong experience in business partnership, delivering decision support, and enabling strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.Excellent analytical skills and business acumen.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.Who will excel?High standards and a strong work ethic.Relentless resourcefulness and a bias for action.Courage to be fiercely original.Readiness to adapt, pivot, and learn. #J-18808-Ljbffr
