On-site A newly established, fully regulated company in the entertainment industry is seeking a People Partner (HR) to support its growth and help shape a strong, people-focused culture from the ground up. This role will be instrumental in delivering core HR functions and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and best practices.Key Responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for employees on HR-related matters Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle : recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding Ensure HR policies and procedures are compliant with UAE labor law Support performance management processes and employee development initiatives Collaborate with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Maintain accurate HR records and documentation Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or People Partner role within the UAEStrong knowledge of UAE labor law and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage Ability to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
