Description
Job Description Develop and implement project-specific procurement strategies aligned with project goals and corporate policies.Prepare procurement plans, including timelines, sourcing strategies, and budget estimates.Manage the tendering process for materials, equipment, and subcontracted services — from RFQ/RFP to bid evaluation and award.Negotiate contract terms and conditions with vendors to secure the best value and minimize risk.Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical requirements, and quality standards.Monitor vendor and supplier performance, addressing issues related to quality, cost, delivery, and service.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, logistics, and finance teams to coordinate purchasing activities.Oversee purchase order creation, approval workflows, and ERP system updates.Identify procurement risks and develop mitigation strategies.Ensure adherence to ethical standards, legal requirements, and environmental/social governance (ESG) criteria. #J-18808-Ljbffr
