Our collaborative approach spans all levels of client organizations, delivering results that enable thriving businesses.What You'll Do As a Platinion IT Consultant, you will: Shape the digital transformation of leading global companies, balancing technical solutions with client-specific needs Help clients develop effective cybersecurity programs aligned with their organizational goals Assess cybersecurity postures and formulate mitigation strategies to address vulnerabilities Define strategic cybersecurity objectives and design initiatives to achieve them Develop innovative solutions using emerging technologies to counter diverse threats Communicate complex security concepts effectively to stakeholders at all levels Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to inform strategic planning Create risk management frameworks and methodologies suited to organizational needs Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies aligned with client risk profiles Establish risk monitoring systems to prioritize mitigation efforts Implement security measures tailored for operational technology (OT) environments Conduct security assessments of OT systems to identify vulnerabilities Develop integrated security strategies for converging IT and OT environments What You'll Bring A degree in cybersecurity, computer science, (business) informatics, or related fields3 to 5 years of relevant IT consulting experience Strategic technology and management expertise, including: Technical analysis and evaluation of IT architectures Digitization of business processes Evaluation of technical solutions and feasibility IT management organizational and procedural aspects Development of business cases Proven experience in building cybersecurity programs for large, complex organizations Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and standards Enthusiasm for tackling complex digital challenges and developing solutions Comfort working in interdisciplinary and global teams Formal cybersecurity qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CSSP, or ISO 27001 certifications Additional info Growth Opportunities: We offer continuous development incentives in a supportive environment.
