We are looking for a confident, experienced, and well-spoken individual to act as a Secretary / Personal Assistant. The role involves providing personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO’s working life and communication.Responsibilities Act as the point of contact between the CEO and all internal/external communications Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence Handle requests and queries appropriately Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments Make travel arrangements Take dictation and minutes Provide excellent communication skills – written and verbal (fluent in English / Arabic)Be smart, assertive, and organized Be proficient in Microsoft Office applications Be willing to work extended hours Work well under pressure Be a team player Keep records of clients Assist agents regarding document issuance Provide client support Able to draft letters and correspondence and manage filing of documents Perform data entry and documentation Manage mail Exhibit excellent organizational and leadership skills Have familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles Coordinate office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.)Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, office management, or a related field.Proven experience in office management, administrative support, or personal assistance roles.Must have a Driver’s License Key Demographic Requirements Applicants must be: #J-18808-Ljbffr
