The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating mechanical and electrical equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency in our facilities.Key Responsibilities Respond to maintenance issues and resolve guest requests related to engineering.Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and tools.Monitor and program energy management systems to optimize efficiency.Maintain water quality and pool operations following DM guidelines.Identify and operate all utility shut-offs and valves.Manage maintenance inventory and requisition supplies.Troubleshoot HVAC systems, water systems, and electrical equipment.Log and analyze equipment performance and energy consumption.Lead safety inspections and emergency response activities.Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.Qualifications and Requirements Ability to respond effectively to maintenance needs and guest inquiries.Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety procedures.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications and licenses, including forklift license (if applicable).What We Offer Competitive salary, benefits, hotel discounts, and opportunities for growth.
