We value relationships, curiosity, diversity, action, and integrity.Role: A Business Development Representative is needed to grow the customer base within the Corporate segment, focusing on identifying and developing new market opportunities across the Middle East, delivering Moody’s value proposition.This role involves collaborating with internal partners like Domain Sales Specialists, Solutions Specialists, and Industry Practice Leads to lead sales cycles for solutions and services. Our sales culture emphasizes collaboration and results.Responsibilities: Identify and initiate new sales opportunities by prospecting new clients and leveraging existing relationships.Understand client decision-making, priorities, and requirements deeply.Use insights into the Corporate segments to uncover opportunities and risks, addressing them effectively.Develop strategic relationships with key customers, involving senior executives where necessary.Manage sales cycles, lead meetings, presentations, workshops, and client engagements with relevant specialists.Provide forecasts and pipeline updates to management.Achieve sales targets while building strong customer relationships.Generate revenue through market research, lead generation, solutions, and expanding existing streams.Represent Moody's at industry and company events as required.This position requires travel.Qualifications: Over 10 years of experience selling complex solutions to Corporate or Government clients.Experience in Risk Intelligence or Risk Technology solutions (e.g., AML, Compliance, Data Management).Proven ability to deliver large, complex sales end-to-end.Influence decision-makers throughout the sales cycle.Strong presentation, negotiation, and client management skills.Excellent communication skills, oral and written.Experience in the Middle East region.Work ethic, independence, systematic approach, persuasiveness, friendliness, and ability to interact at all levels.Arabic language skills preferred.Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer.
