Machine Operator

We are seeking skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our fitout and joinery factory team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in a woodworking environment and possess a keen eye for detail, ensuring high-quality production standards are met. This role involves working with various type of woodworking equipment to produce components for fitout and joinery projects.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESEfficiently and safely operate machines in the factory.Inspect products to ensure they meet design specifications and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary.Perform routine maintenance on machines, ensuring they in good working condition and promptly reporting any issues.Load and unload raw materials and finished products, ensuring proper storage and handling to prevent damage.Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocol, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.Collaborate with technical team to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the manufacturing process.Maintain accurate records of production, machine maintenance and any incident that occur during the shifts.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent. Technical training in related field is preferred Minimum 4 years of experience operating machinery in a fitout & joinery environment.
